Consultancy opportunity!

Contract: Consultancy contract. Approximately 21 days (this is a guide, you will be paid for actual days worked)

Timeline: July to December 2024

Location: Cambodia (Thboung Khmum, Kampong Thom and Kampong Spue)

Fees: Not exceeding USD 200 gross per day. We are committed to paying a just and equitable price and are open to discussing rates for this work based on your expectations. We haven’t done a project like this before in Cambodia so don’t have a benchmark but please share with us your day rate and estimate for the project.

Consultancy Purpose.

ADD International has been co-implementing the Join us for social Transformation (JUST Project) from August 2022 to July 2025 with the Cambodia Women Crisis Centre (CWCC). The JUST project will focus on preventing and responding to violence against women (VAW) at the intersection of VAW (different types) experienced by women with disabilities, women entertainment workers, women in Khmer Muslim communities and LBTI groups.

We are now recruiting an external consultant to take the lead to “conduct analytical assessment of norm changings and lesson learnings resulting from intersectionality approach”.

The consultant is expected to systematically and professionally take the lead to deliver the following milestones:

  1. Milestone 1: Complete the desk review of the existing relevant documents and submit a plan how to do it.
  2. Milestone 2: The inception of the analytical assessment reports is produced including the tools.
  3. Milestone 3: The draft of the analytical assessment report to be produced and disseminated.
  4. Milestone 4: The assessment report produced including the policy brief are finalized.
